Borough administration is headed by the Borough Manager, Robert T. Firek, P.E., who is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Borough, as well as implementing Borough Council resolutions and ordinances.
Administrative staff is available to answer questions and problem solve from 8:30 am-4:30 pm Monday through Friday. If you have an emergency that requires immediate attention during non-business hours, please call 911.

Baldwin Borough ordinances are collectively referred to as the Borough Code. The majority of Borough codes can be found online here and all ordinances are available at the Borough Building.
Outside of regulations and law, Borough operations are guided by a Comprehensive Plan. The latest Baldwin Borough Comprehensive Plan was updated and adopted in 2015 and more information is available here.
